Meditation is a boon for the digital age.

Meditation is a blessing for digital natives. In today’s fast-paced digital world, the pressure of being left behind is tremendous and forces you to work for long hours. As if earning your bread wasn’t stressful enough, digital gadgets have taken whatever little time there’s left in the day.

You are surrounded by digital gadgets everywhere, constantly glued to mobile screens, combing through social media apps, email inboxes, YouTube, etc. In other words, technology is using you rather than you using technology.

Let me ask you a question: Aren’t you spending most of your unproductive time on tech gadgets? Congrats, you are already leading the life of a digital native!!

Why Meditation?

You live in a world that is digitally toxified and hardly spend time with the most beautiful person in this entire universe, that is, YOU. Meditation is the gateway to your Me Time, and an efficient way to manage your wasted time.

Meditation has innumerable benefits. Here are three benefits you might not have heard of:

Compassion

In this 2020 chaotic world of people screaming at each other over politics, we could use some more compassion. One of the main benefits of meditation is that it generates love for oneself and others.

If you are feeling angry, upset or frustrated these days I can think of nothing more beneficial than meditation. It helps relax your mind and creates a sense of belongingness with one and all.

Personal Transformation

Meditation can bring about a true personal transformation from within. As you experience your inner wonderland of peace and security, you will naturally discover those aspects of your life that were previously hidden due to negative emotions.

Meditation leads to higher levels of awareness which brings clarity to oneself and the world around you. This leads to personal transformation.

Improves Relationship

Did you know that most relationships struggle because you believe that you are a mind reader? Your thoughts dictate your beliefs. When you realise that everything you think isn’t necessarily true, your relationships improve.

Meditation is the pathway to delete unnecessary thoughts by becoming a witness to them. By becoming more aware of your thoughts, emotions, etc., your perception of others improves.

Meditation goes a long way in improving the quality of a relationship.

As a digital native, meditation is the most efficient way to detoxify and energise yourself.

Twenty minutes of meditation each day can energise you to face all challenges in your daily life. Can you think of a greater superpower than this? I am sure, all the Supemans and Spidermans of the world will become envious once you gain this superpower.

So what are you waiting for? Meditate and unleash your hidden superpower.
